The U.S. Green Building Council has certified The Uptown residences in Oakland as LEED silver for new construction.

The 665 rental units are part of a 14-acre, transit-oriented redevelopment area master-planned by MVE & Partners. Uptown Oakland will include rental housing, condominiums, student housing and a total of 60,000 square feet of retail at buildout.
